** NEW UPDATE ** After a productive and supportive meeting with the leisure company which runs Worcester Racecourse "Pitchcroft" we have taken advice and reconsidered the original planned date  in June 26th and changed it to a NEW PLANNED DATE "18th September 2010", the decision to change to this new date was based on accessability of the grassed area, coupled with the increased risk of flooding in June.
